IndiaRentalHub is a rental marketplace that connects property owners with prospective renters. We act as an intermediary platform and are not a party to any rental agreement between owners and renters.

3User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

4Listings and Content

Property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their listings. IndiaRentalHub does not verify the accuracy of listing details and makes no representations or warranties about any listing. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines.

5Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, your contact details are shared with the listing owner. IndiaRentalHub is not responsible for the actions or responses of property owners. We do not guarantee a response to any inquiry.

6No Rental Agreement

IndiaRentalHub does not facilitate, mediate, or participate in any rental transaction or agreement. All terms of any rental must be negotiated directly between the renter and the property owner. IndiaRentalHub bears no liability for disputes arising from any rental transaction.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the IndiaRentalHub logo, design, text, and software, is the property of IndiaRentalHub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Listing photos and descriptions remain the property of the respective owners.

8Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate, complete, or up to date.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndiaRentalHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any rental transaction facilitated through it.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
